A mixed scheme of 54 homes and a nursery: structural design of the structural works package at construction stage.
In Sucy-en-Brie, ARCADI BÂTIMENT supported Boyer – Spie Batignolles on the construction of 54 homes and a nursery, through the execution design of the structural works package.
Our mission: carry out the structural design at construction stage (EXE), ensuring accurate drawings and construction documents and the technical consistency of the whole scheme.
This mixed scheme, combining housing and an early-childhood facility, shows our ability to secure technical choices and guarantee the feasibility and quality of the works.
